To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, May 8 , 1985.
By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend
as follows :
1. That the request of Joe and Donna Burk for a Special Use Permit
to sell gasoline on Lot 5 of Crites Seventh Addition, 2861 Themis
� Street, be approved.

2 . That the request of Haskell W. Prock for a Special Use Permit
for a community unit plan at the southwest corner of Bloomfield
Road and Spring Avenue be approved subject to a sufficiently
detailed plan being provided.
3 . That the request of C.F.S. Financial Services , Inc. to rezone
part of Lot 29 , all of Lots 30, 31, 32 and part of Lot 33 and
part of Lot 34 , all of Lots 35, 36 , 37 , and 38 all in Riverview
Gardens from R-2 to R-3 , and all of Lots 40, 41, and 42 in
Riverview Gardens and Lots 1 and 20 of Block 5 , Red Star
Addition and part of vacated Roberts Street from R-2 to R-4 be
denied.
4 . That the request of Kerasotes Theaters , Inc. and Vineyard Chris-
tian Fellowship of Cape Girardeau, Inc. for a Special Use Permit
for a church in a C-3 zone at 803-805 Broadway be approved.
