To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning commission met Wednesday, November 13,
1985 . By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
recommend as follows :
1 . That the request of Mt . Auburn Christian Church for a Special
Use Permit to place a 1000 to 1500 square feet modular building
� on the property for a period of one to two years to be used
for temporary Sunday school classrooms be approved subject to
limiting the time to not exceed a period of two years .
2 . That the revised Preliminary Plat of Mt . Auburn Subdivision
be disapproved.
Mr. Glen Kinder appeared requesting a revision of his Special Use
Permit for 25 and 29 South Sprigg Street , and he was advised that he
needs to submit an application for such through the proper channels to
enable the City staff to review his request .
