To the Horiorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, July 11, 1984 .
By majority vote , actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend
as follows :
1. TY�at the request of Leland J. and Dorothy J. Shivelbine to
� rezone their property at 1409 North Sprigg Street from R-2
_ Residential to R-4 Residential be approved.
2 . That the request of Robert J. and Norma J. Phalen to rezone
their property at 1403 North Sprigg Street from R-2 Residential
to R-4 Residential be approved.
No one appeared to present the request of David Patrick for a
revision of the plat of his property at 1809 North Kingshighway so
it was not considered.
The Commission fu.rther recommends implementation of requiring
two parking spaces per apartment unit plus two parking spaces per
building in R-4 zones .
