To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, August 8, 1984 .
By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend
as follows :
1. That the request of Dave Patrick for revision of the plat of his
property at 1809 North Kingshighway approved earlier as a C-4
� zone be approved as amended.
� 2 . That the request of Elsworth and Flossie Statler for a Special
Use Permit to place a trailer for a residence on their property
on Route W which is in an R-1 zone be approved with a five year
time limit .
