Dear Dr. Meyer:
The following items are being referred to the City Planning &
Zoning Commission for study and recommendation:
� 1. The request of First Free Will Baptist Church for a
Special Use Permit to build a church in an R-1 zone .
2 . The request of Eugene and Sue Ellen Penny for a
Special Use Permit for a church in a C-1 zone.
3 . The request of Ben and Lucille LeGrand for a Special
Use Permit for a commercial use as an automobile repair
garage in an R-2 zone.
4 . The Preliminary Plat of Mount Auburn Subdivision.
The meeting will be held September 12, 1984 , at 7: 30 P.M. in
City Hall.
Please report your recommendations to the City Manager no later
than September 14 , 1984 .
