Dear Dr. Meyer:
The following items are being referred to the City Planning &
Zoning Commission:
1. The application of Ben A. LeGrand for rezoning of the property
at 1225 North Water Street from R-2 Residential to C-2 Commercial.
_� 2. Application of John Holland for a Special Use Permit at 535 South
Sprigg Street to repair and enlarge present building for
apartments .
3 . Application of John and Cherie Reed for rezoning of pro�erty at
713 North Main from M-2 Manufacturing to C-3 Commercial.
4 . Preliminary Plat of McBride Acres .
5. A proposed ordinance to increase off-street parking requirements
for Multiple Dwelling.
6. A proposed ordinance to require all streets in future platted
subdivisions to be dedicated to public use.
The meeting will be held on the lOth day of October, 1984 , at
7: 30 P.M. at City Hall.
Please report your recommendations to the City Manager no
later than October 12, 1984 .
