At the Council meeting of 1/5/ 19 77 , the following matter was referred
to you for study and recommendation:
� 1. Request of Mrs. Louise Sparks to remodel funeral home at Middle & North Sts.
2. Request of Cecil Bierschwal to rezone 560 Vincent Park Drive from R-1 to
R�2 District.
3. Request of Raymond Newberry, Jr. for a Special Use Permit for a mobile home
at 2100 Bend Road. (Temporary use)
. equest o E & R Leasing company to rezone intersetion of Bloomfield Road
and T--55 for a small office building.
Please report your recommendations to the City Manager no later than 14th 19�_.
