The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, June 8, 1
ma�ority vote, actual wte counted and in the file, we reoonmend7as follows;
1. That the request of Darrell and Virginia Miller to rezone a 1.51 acre
tract on South West End Boulevard from C-2 to M-1 be denied.
2. That the request of West Side Develot�rnent and Max G. Stovall to rezone
Lot 1, Brookshire Estates to R-4 be aporoved. (Sketch plan for sub-
dividing Lot l, Brookshire Estates was approved by the comnission.)
3. That the request of West Side Development to rezone Lot 2, Brookshire
Estate to R-1, be approved. (Sketch plan for subdividing Lot 2,
Brookshire Estate wa.s approved by the comnission.)
4. That the request of National Super I�rkets, Inc. to rezone lots at
124, 126, 128, and 130 South Ellis Street (All Lot 52, in Ra,nge A)
� to C-3 be anmended to request C-2, and that the tracts stated on the
application be rezoned to C-2�
5. That the request of Ivan and Patricia lrvin to reaone a tract at
2709 Bloomfield Road from C-2 to R-4 be approved.
