Present were Richard Gile,s, �`hairman, ('�cr�e Wrape, Gary Arnald,
Dudley G. Ruopp, Milton Geor�e, Robert F. Hemperley, m�:mbers, and
Paul Land�raf, Mike Mc.Crate and Rober+ Hahn, advisors.
� \ A hearing was set up for "Special Use Permit" for "'he Gospel.
Chapel on Ed�ewood Road for Narch 12, 1969. It is requested
that the City Clerk publish notice of hearin�.
Stephen Limbaugh and Charles Blattner appeared for the Bl.attner
& Erlbacher rezoning.
John H.Freeze appeared for Colle�ewood Apartments, Inc.
By majority action we recor.unend as follows:
1. The Blattner � Erlbacher request was tabled in order to dis-
cuss with Mr. Klaproth, thP adjoinin�? property owner, his
i�iews on the proposed ri�ht-of-way frem Kurre Lane to Hi�h-
way 61.
2. Request of Collegewood Apartments, Inc. for rezonir.�? of a
portion of tteir property as de�cribed to C-1 is apprcved.
Our next meeting to he held March 12, 1969.

The City Planning & Zoning Co�nmission met on January 8�.
Present were Richard Giles, Chairman, Dr. D.G. Ruopp��'�eorge Wrape,
Robert F. Hemperley, Secretary and Robert J. Hahn, City Engineer.
Py ma�ority action ae recommend as follow;�:
Examination of Burton J. Gerhardt Greater Cape Girardeau Commercial
Center — Unit No. 1 shows plat not divided into lots of specificd
dislensions. Also, no assurance all land shown on plat belongs to
Burton J. Gerhardt.
We also believe streets should be brought to prpoer specifications
to meet with approval of office of the City Engineer.
Therefore� we recommend that acceptance of this plat be denied.
Our next meeting to be held February 12, 1969.
