The City Planning & Zonin� Commission mQt on Narch 12, 19E_9.
Present were Richard Giles, Chairman, Gary Arnold, Sdilton
George, Audley G. Ruopp, Robert F. Hemper)ey and Advisors
Robert I�ahn and Mike 1�cCrate.
Recommendations:
� ` That the reqtzest for a "Special Use Permit" by rx. and
Mrs. Grant Kizer for a church on Ed�ewood Road be denied.
That the request for rezoning of a tract on Highway F.1
by N',r. and N`�rs. Jerry Erlbacrer and I�s. and N�s. Charles
Blattner to rezone to C-1 be granted, subject to the deeding
to the City of a fifty foot right of way witY: a thirty foot
road bed runnin� generally f rom Kurre Lane to Highway 61.
That the request to reaone the tract south of Themis, west
of Clark, back to Sprinp; and north of railroad track north of
Independence from M-1 to R-4, all of tris is with the except-
ion of the commercial building now oecupied by the Cape County
Welfare office, be approved.
