Thiele, who currently resides at 2002 Dunkin, I am re- questing that part of the 60 foot right-of-way, properly identified as Forest Street, running north and south along the east property line, of the East 79.4 feet of Lot 6, and 7, Block 3 of Foster- Cobble's First Subdivision, a subdivision of part of Lots 17, 18, 21, and 22, of Walker's Subdivision of Outlot 60, in U.S. P. Survey No. 2199, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, that three to five feet of right-of-way would be vacat�d on west side and be granted to Janice E. Thiele, a single person, currently residing at the address on 2002 Dunklin, Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Mrs. Thiele purchased this house in 1980, and was not aware, nor was anyone else, that the garage did extend onto city right-of- way, and as per information secured by your office, your findings as I understand were that this has been in existence for quite a number of years and apparently the error came into play because normally everybody thought that city streets were 50 foot in right- of-way width, and now we find that this one is 60 feet. Whatever you can do to correct this matter on behalf of Mrs. Janice E. Thiele I would be grateful to you and I am certain she would be also pleased to have this matter resolved, so that she again would have good title and all her possessions be on properly described ground.
