3. That the record plat of Spanish Street Condominiums Plat No. 2 be recommended for
conditional approval. The vote on the motion to approve the plat was 10 in favor and
none in opposition.
4. That the record plat of Brookshire Estates Sixth Subdivision — Revised be recommended
for conditional approval. The vote on the motion to approve the plat was 9 in favor and 1
in opposition.
