Beckie Figliolo, Planning Technician, discussed term limits and attendance policies for
board and commissions. She also distributed information as to how many terms the current
Commissioners may be eligible to serve.
Jay Stencel, City Engineer, appeared to discuss project timelines and updates on the TTF
projects. Currently there are three projects under TTF-2 that are in various stages. A project
timeline chart was distributed with projected dates for design and construction for the TTF-3
proj ects.
Kent Bratton, Director of Planning Services, reminded Commissioners of the joint
meeting with Jackson's Planning and Zoning Commission. This meeting will take place on
August 2°d or September 6`h at 7:30 p.m. at the Jackson City Hall. Mr. Bratton also discussed the
I-55 interchange update. Bids are scheduled to be opened on July 28th for the interchange.
Currently the outer roads are not in the scope of the interchange construction.
Mr. Bratton indicated that we did not receive a grant for the Fountain Street project, but
we did receive grants for the North Park Trail and Riverwalk Phase III projects.
