maintenance.
Mr. Tim Arbeiter, Community Development Director with the
Chamber of Commerce, gave the Commission an update on the status of the
DREAM Initiative for the downtown area. Steve Hoffman and Marla Mills
(Old Town Cape) and Heather Brooks (City) also participated in the
discussion. The next step will be the state presenting a scope of services for
the City's consideration,probably in January.
