MEETING MINUTES
July 8, 2015
City Hall — Council Chambers
Present: Trae Bertrand, Jeff Glenn, William Hinckley, Randy Kluge, Patrick Koetting, Scott
McClanahan, Doug Spooler, Thomas J. Welch
Absent: Larry Dowdy
Staff Present: Carol Peters, Ryan Shrimplin
Call to Order: Chairman McClanahan called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
The minutes of the June 10, 2015 meeting were unanimously approved upon motion made by
Mr. Koetting and seconded by Mr. Spooler.
SUBDIVISION PLATS
1. The record plat of Majic Group Sprigg Street Subdivision was reviewed by the Commission.
� Mr. Matt DeJournett with Larry Dowdy Surveying represented the applicant and was
available for questions from the Commission. The staff report recommended approval as
submitted. A motion was made by Mr. Koetting and seconded by Mr. Spooler to
recommend approval of the Majic Group Sprigg Street Subdivision record plat as submitted.
The motion passed with a vote of 8 in favor, 0 in opposition, and 0 abstaining. (Aye:
Bertrand, Glenn, Hinckley, Kluge, Koetting, McClanahan, Spoo/er, Welch)
2. The record plat of Baldwin Place Phase II-B was reviewed by the Commission. Mr. Ty
Gramling with Koehler Engineering and Land Surveying, representing the applicant,
explained the plat splits an existing lot along the common wall of an existing duplex. The
staff report recommended approval of the plat as submitted. A motion was made by Mr.
Koetting and seconded by Mr. Spooler to recommend approval of the Baldwin Place Phase
II-B record plat as submitted. The motion passed with a vote of 8 in favor, 0 in opposition,
and 0 abstaining. (Aye: Bertrand, Glenn, Hinckley, Kluge, Koetting, McClanahan, Spooler,
Welch)
OTHER ITEMS AND COMMUNICATION
Mr. Bertrand invited everyone to attend the TTF-5 presentation to be held at the First Friday
Coffee on July 10, 2015.
Mr. Shrimplin presented the Commission with general information about the Transportation
Trust Fund and highlighted the major projects completed with funding from Phases I-IV and
listed the projects planned for Phase V, if approved by the voters on August 4, 2015.

Adiournment
Upon motion made by Mr. Koetting and seconded by Mr. Spooler, the Commission voted
unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
