By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows : 1. That the request of Earley, Hecht , Cairy, Burleson and Barklage for a Special Use Permit for a high-tech convenience store with deli, general retail sales , and automobile fuel at the Northwest corner of Independence Street and Pind Wood Drive be denied. 2 . That the Preliminary plat of Northfield Seventh Subdivision be approved. 3 . That the Preliminary plat of Ashland Hills Estates Second be approved. No one appeared to present the application of 130 North Main Street , a general partnership, for a Special Use Permit for a residen- tial apartment above a retail establishment in a C-3 zone at 130 North Main Street so it was tabled.
