To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, July 9, 1986.
By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend
as follows :
1 . That the request of James Arnzen for a Special Use Permit for a
Community Unit Plan as submitted to the Commission for Part of
Outlot 82 , U.S. P.S. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, be
appraved.
2 . That the request of Simon and Theresa Heisserer and Robert L.
Penrod to rezone 403 Silver Springs Road from R-1 to R-3 be
approved.
3 . That the request of William and Florence Thomas and William and
Catherine Cheek for a Special Use Permit for a photography studio
at 2336 Kingsway Drive in an R-1 zone be approved. It is
suggested that the elevation of the proposed parking lot not be
raised as it is to be located within the 100 year flood boundary.
The application of Mrs . Betty Werner for a Special Use Permit to
renovate a building in an M-1 zone into a 4 unit apartment at 5 South
Henderson was voted off the table and a letter from Mrs . Werner
requesting that the application be withdrawn was read. The application
is considered withdrawn.
