Paul Miles, Preaident Bob Gass, Airport Manager
Jerry McClanahan, Secretary Bill Baker, Cape Pilot's Club
Truman Cole, Board Member John Skibbee, Cape Pilots Club
Glenn Reeves, Board Member Henry Beauchamp, Restaurant Owner
Peter Hilty, City Councilman J. T. Seising, Chairman of Air
Transportation, Chamber of Commerce
Motion made by Truman Cole: Folloxing the discussions of Pilots Club and
Restaurant owner, suggestion of limita be set of no stands or concesaiona
within 25 ft. perimeter of 8estaurant and that Pilots club enter into a
xritten agreement with Henry Beauchamp to pay 396 of gross sales and to
have excluaive rights to all and any concessions on Airport for the date
of Air Show September 10 and 11 , �983. Seconded by Glenn Reeves. Motion
passed.
Motion by Truman Cole: That Airport Board Chairman call Mr. Roger Street
of Air Illinois to meet with Airport Board and Air Transportation Committee
of Chamber of Commerce to settle our concerns of amount of seats available
and boarding paasengers being turned away from flights. Seconded by
Jerry MeClanahan. Motion pasaed.
