Notice is hereby given that a Joint Special Study Session of the Cape Girardeau
City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Thursday, August
16, 2007, 5:30 p.m., at the Osage Community Centre. The purpose of the session will be
to meet with planners from the Arcturis Firm to discuss the City's Comprehensive Plan.

The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, may, as a part of a study
session or regular or special City Council meeting, hold a closed session to discuss legal
actions, causes of legal action or litigation, leasing, purchasing or sale of real estate,
hiring, firing, disciplining, promotion of personnel, employee labor relations, or
confidential or privileged communications with its attorneys. Specifically, the City
Council will hold a closed session to discuss legal actions and litigation, confidential
communications with legal counsel, property acquisition, and personnel matters, pursuant
� to RSMo. Sections 610.021(1), 610.021(2), and 610.021(3).
