NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, will hold a special study session on Monday, January 29, 2001, in the City Council
Chambers at City Hall, 401 Independence. The purpose of the study session will be to review and
discuss the proposed Capital Improvements Program for fiscal 2001-2006. A copy of the
proposed 2001-2006 CIP is available in the City Manager's Office.
The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, may, as a part of a study session or
regular or special City Council meeting, hold a closed session to discuss legal actions, causes of
legal action or litigation, leasing, purchasing or sale of real estate, hiring, firing, disciplining,
promotion of personnel, employee labor relations, or confidential or privileged communications
with its attorneys.
