NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, will hold a special meeting on Monday, February 14, 2000, at 4:00 p.m. in the City
Manager's Office, 401 Independence. The purpose of the meeting will be to canvass the returns
and declare the results of the February 8, 2000, Special Municipal Election.
The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, may, as a part of a study session or
regular or special City Council meeting, hold a closed session to discuss legal actions, causes of
legal action or litigation, leasing, purchasing or sale of real estate, hiring, firing, disciplining,
promotion of personnel, employee labor relations, or confidential or privileged communications
with its attorneys.
