Regular Session September 20, 2021 LL-97 STUDY SESSION—September 20,2021 NO ACTION TAKEN DURING THE STUDY SESSION The Cape Girardeau City Council held a study session at the Cape Girardeau City Hall on Monday, September 20, 2021, starting at 5:00 p.m. with Mayor Bob Fox presiding and Council Members Stacy Kinder, Shelly Moore, Dan Presson,Nate Thomas, and Shannon Truxel present. Robbie Guard was absent. REGULAR SESSION—September 20,2021 CALL TO ORDER The Cape Girardeau City Council convened in regular session at the Cape Girardeau City Hall on Monday 20, 2021, at 5:31 p.m., with Mayor Bob Fox presiding and Council Members Stacy Kinder, Shelly Moore, Dan Presson, Nate Thomas, and Shannon Truxel present. Robbie Guard, was absent. ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA A Motion was made by Dan Presson, Seconded by Nate Thomas, to adopt the Agenda. Motion passed. 6-0.Ayes: Fox,Kinder,Moore,Presson, Thomas, Truxel. Absent: Guard APPEARANCES Geneva Patterson, resident of 510 Olive Street. asked about item 11. The Mayor stated that it changed the City Ordinance related to the hours of Sunday liquor sales to make our Ordinance consistent with the newly adopted State statute. BILL NO. 21-136, an Ordinance approving the record plat of Cape West Crossing East First Subdivision. Second and Third Readings. BILL NO. 21-137, an Ordinance approving the record plat of J.E. Reading and Passage. BILL NO. 21-144, a Resolution of support for the proposal from RCH Development, Inc., for the South Side Village housing development, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Regular Session September 20,2021 LL-99 A Motion was made by Stacy Kinder, Seconded by Nate Thomas, to appoint Shawn Wasson to serve on the Airport Advisory Board for a term expiring April 30, 2023. 1 Motion passed. 6-0.
