Who calls the meetings and sets the agenda? iii. Is there an authority chain? b. What information is most relevant for the Finance Committee to review? I. Remember, the City's Finance Department is our Fiduciary Authority and Agency and we fall under the majority of their purchasing and reporting guidelines; however, we are also an official 5013c with the State of Missouri Department of Revenue and also fall under their regulations as well. c. Should the Finance Committee review and recommend the following: i. Recommendation of Adoption of an annual budget (expenditures/revenue) 1. Goals should be set by the Foundation Board/Staff ii. Review of expenditures and revenues collected - quarterly prior to each Foundation Meeting and apprise the Board of any issues or successes. iii. Serve as a check and balance regarding our Foundation Fiduciary responsibilities with the City and our Parks & Rec Department. iv. Individual Committee Members should 1.
