Other Business • Other items as needed c David Epps from the Go Green Board attended the meeting to ask questions to the Golf Board. He's on the energy and transportation sub -committee. It's come to the committee's attention that the City of Cape has an innovation fund. At the golf course, there is a 120 gallon hot water heater at the pro shop, and in the maintenance shop there is an 80 gallon hot water heater. That hot water gets pumped to other parts of the shop and pro shop. The City could reduce electrical consumption by replacing the hot water heaters by a point of use hot water heater, and requires much less gallons of water to needed locations. I've seen on the minutes that the board has put together a projects and improvements lists and I would like to get this water heater on the list. • The second thing Mr. Epps would like to discuss is building a new clubhouse. If this clubhouse gets put on the projects list for the Parks & Recreation Stormwater Tax 2, Mr. Epps would like to be included in the discussion to help properly design the energy of the clubhouse to help reduce costs. Keith Sander suggested a locker system so members could keep their clubs and other items at the course. I don't know if we have room, but people talk about needing one.
