7hc Golf Course AdvisoryBoard of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri may, as a part of tile
regular or special Golf Course Advisory Board meeting, hold a closed session to discuss legal
action, causes oflegal action oflitigation, leasing, purchasing or sale ofrcal estate, hung, Icing,
disciplining, promotion ofpersonnel or employee labor relations, or confidential or privileged
communications with its attorneys. Specifically, the Golf Course Advisory Board will hold a
closed session to discuss legal actions and litigation, confidential communications with lea
counsel, property acquisition and personnel matters, pursuant to RSMo. Sections 610,021(2)
and 610.021(3).
