The Golf Course Advisory Board of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri may, as a part of the regular or special Golf Course
Advisory Board meeting, hold a closed session to discuss legal
action, causes of legal action of litigation, leasing, purchasing
or sale of real estate, hiring, firing, disciplining, promotion
of personnel or employee labor relations.
