Al this meeting the Board heard comments from the objecting neighbors, residents, and the applicant. The Board also heard from Lieutenant Barry Hovis regarding the Police reports and enforcement efforts at or near Cape Mart. After considering all the evidence and arguments and all parties having the opportunity to be heard, the Board voted unanimously (3-0) to affirm the renewal of the liquor license for Cape Mart. The Board based the decision to affirm in accordance with Cape Mart's compliance with the requirements of Sec. 5-34 of the Cape Girardeau Municipal Code.
