The Liquor License Review Board of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, may vote to hold a closed session to
discuss issues listed in RSMo. Section 610.021, including but not limited to: legal actions, causes of legal action or
litigation, or confidential or privileged communications with its attorneys.
A Meeting Notice had been posted for April 1, 2020 Meeting. A continuance was issued in response to Social
Distancing Order issued by Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Director regarding
COVID-19.
A Meeting Notice had been posted for March 16, 2020 Meeting. A continuance was granted upon the request
of Ricky Lynn Werner’s attorney.
A Meeting Notice had been posted for March 6, 2020 Meeting. Rescheduled due to scheduling conflict.
Due to Social Distancing Order by Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services
Director, the number of observers in the physical meeting space will be limited to no more
than ten. An additional viewing area will be made available in City Hall.
