A Motion was made by LN, Seconded by LN, to approve the July 22, 2019, Liquor License Review Board meeting minutes. Motion passed. 3-0. Ayes: Cooper, Grimm and Newman. Items for Review Review of appeal of Suspension of Retail Liquor By The Drink Liquor License held by Jamaal Carter, d/b/a The Barnyard, located at 731 Broadway, Cape Girardeau, Missouri Chief Review Officer Brandon Cooper called for Applicant Comment. Jamaal Carter Chief Review Officer Brandon Cooper called for Staff Comment. The Board reviewed and discussed the information provided and the comments presented. Following discussion, LN made a motion, seconded by LN, to / the decision of the City Manager to deny the liquor license renewal for Ricky Lynn Werner, d/b/a River Valley Banquet Center, LLC, 631 South Sprigg Street.
