Gentlemen:
The Planning & Zoning Committee met at Thomas L. Meyer Realty Office
on June 30, 1965 at 7:30 p.m, and wish to make the following recommendations
on matters referred to them by the council:
V 1. Rezoning request of Russell and Zelma Fowler could nod be acted
upon because no plat accompanied the request. We are returnifig— \+
\ this petition. 1
2. Rezoning request of Caldwell & Wagner was tabled. The commi:ttr)e
believed the Missouri Fire Inspection Bureau should make +
recommendation on this request. The extreme depth of the lot I
with no provision for access by street sets up a possible fire
hazard. r �/
3. Rezoning request of T. C. Reed to Class D of lot on Southeast rl'
corner of Olive and Middle be approved, with the Class D /
zoning to apply to the whole block.
V 4. Approve plat for subdivision of Highland Heights Second Sub-
division, presented by Leonard W. Lowes, all legal requirements
having been met as to street grade and sewer grades established.
5. Rezoning request of Bradshaw & Spradling, representing Joseph R.
Koss and Lillian Kuss be approved for the following area: A
distance of 833 feet East from Highway 61 extending from
Bloomfield Road on the North to Highway Ili on the South. This
entire area we recommend zoned for Class I (light industrial).
