Planning and zoning Commission
To the Honorable layor and Councilmen
City of Cape Girardeau, Ndssouri
Gentlemen:
In meeting held on December 20, 1967, the newly revised Planning and Zoning
Commission took under advisement two matters of zoning as forwarded by the City
council,
The Commission, by majority action, recommends as follows:
1. Request of J. D. Stewart to rezone a 4.5 acre tract be tabled until .�
proposed zoning map on newly annexed territory is submitted by the -
planners; and also that Mr. Stewart's request be handed back to him,
so that he may submit it in a correct manner, with all necessary data,
and that he make a request for one type of zoning and not two as he
has done.
It would be a good policy not to accept the zoning requests initially
until they are presented in a satisfactory manner. ��LL
2. Request of L. 0. Altenthal to rezone a parcel on Mount Auburn Road U V
near Hopper Road from Class "A", Residential, to Class "E", Commercial,
be denied.
