Gentlemen:
The City Planning and Zoning Commission
for the past several months has been making a
study of the proposed zoning regulations pre-
pared by Harland Bartholomew and Associates.
It is the City Planning and Zoning's
recommendation that the proposed regulation
marked Exhibit "A" and the proposed tonin,
map marked Exhibit "B",be adopted as submitted,
We are certain that in the future some changes
will have to be made in certain areas, but
this is a problem that would be ever present
even if we made a continued study of this for
another year.
The proposed Zoning regulationsand
were unamiously approved by the Cit 1
and Zoning Commission.
