Gentlemen:
In meting held June 12, 1968, the City rl.anni:ag anti Zoning Commi..ssion took
under advisement matters of zoning, referral to it by the Council, and planning
matters on its ovm motion.
The Co= missicn, by majority action, reoommnds as follows:

(C-2) - R000mmended "Yes."
2. Request of resident, of 13)0 block of Broadway to rezone: Recommended
that in 1310 block of aroadiruy OIL property facing Broaiway, plus the
first lot facing Par;; on the North ant the first lot :acing 'ar'r, on the
South, be rezoned to 0-1 from R-4, with the depth going to the present
proerty line on the i:orth side of Sroa3;rzy, ani to the alley on the
South side.
3. Psquest that the City Clerk publish proper notice for Special. Use
lle.v,tit for the Church of the Bible Covenant, hearing to be at Planning
and Zoning Nreting, July 10, 1963.
