The Hanna.^.g and Zoning Cormission met AuV:st 14, !'FP. Py majority
action the Corrission r=c,mmerds the follcwi.ng:
1. -hat Pioneer Orchards Co., W1131am Fep-s, be rant -d a "Srcc'.'1 „
Use Pereit" for its pro}•erty on Silver Sprinvs Road.
2. That tie request of E.A. Haman to rezone his land as described
from R-1 to R-4 be approved.- i
3. That a hearing be. set `or the next meeting of the i'lannicg and
:ming for a " ecial Use Fermit" for trailers for M-. Elmer
Egwimann on his property as described.
4. Clinton 'Wunderlich and John Freeze appeared in behalf of thea -
request for rezoning certain lots or. 'William Street and also
Penton and Hanover, as described in their letter of June 1P, hfP.
At the July meeting the request '.o rozore then= lots `rom R-4 to
0-2 was turned down by the Commission. Ns, Wunderlich and Pr.
Freeze stated that the City Council had not acted on the matter,
and re,piested the Cormission to reconsider the petition and re-
quested a zoning to C-1. Ila Corrisslon recommends approval of
this.
