The Planning & Zoning Commission met October 9, loa.
Present were Richard Giles, Chairman, D. G. Ruopp, George Wraps,
Robert F. Hemperly and Advisors Robert Hahn and Mike MoCrate.
Py majority action we recommend as follows:
1. Request that the City Clerk publish notice of hearing for "Special
Use Permit" for tract owned by Joe Hale on Highway E1 for an Amuse-
ment Park for seasonal operation.
2. Tabled request of Clyde McDonald, Jr, for rezoning of his land.
3. Recommend adoption of Subdivision regulations with the following_
changes:
Page 7, 6.1 - Width of Streets and Allevs - this paragraph should
be entitled "Ripht-of-way, Width of Streets and Alleys".
Same page - Width of Pavement - change 32 to 30 and 44 to 36.
Page 11, 7.1 (b) change 44 to 36 and 32 to 30.
Page 11, 7.1 (d) insert the words "at least" after the words "pro-
vided on".
Pepe 11, (i) substitute "City Manager" for Director of Public Works"
Page 12, j (1) change 50 percent to 25 percent.
