City of Cape Girsrdeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The City Planning. & Zoning Commission met Novsmber 13, lo6P.
Present were Giles, Chairman, George, Ruopp, Tooke Hemperly and advisors
Mc Crate and Hahn.
By majority action, we recommend as follows:
1. Approval of "Special Use Permit" for tract owned by Joe Hale on Highway
61 under Article 10.37 of Zoning Ordinance.
2. Denial of request of Clyde McDonald, Jr, to rezone property on Terrace
Drive from R-2 to R-3•
3. Aopraval of request to rezone Ebert tract off of Ploomfield Road from
R-1 and M-1 to R-4. Correct present zoning of all parts of tract should
be ascertained and entire tract should be R-4.
4. We refer beck to the Council for proper action the request of Mr, and Mrs.
E.A. Haman, directed to the City Clerk, and referred to the Commission,
that rezonin, approved by us on August 20, loEP, be corrected because of
a fau'_ty description. The Commission believes that action may either be
taken unilaterally by the Council or proper referral be made to the Com-
mission.
