City of Cape Girardeau,
Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
The Planning & Zoning Commission met on December 11, 1968.
Present were Richard Giles, Chairman, George Wraps, Howard Tooke,
Lon Maxey, Robert F. Hemperly and Robert Hahn, Advisor.
By majority action we recommend as follows:
1. Referred to the City Engineer for approval the request of
the City Council of our approval of the Burton J. Gerhardt
plat.
2. In regard to the request of Cape Girardeau Federal Savings
a Loan Assn., we recommend that Lots 1 and 2 be rezoned from
M-1 to C-1 and Lots 8 thru 15 be rezoned from R-2 to C-1, all
in Block 3, Oak Park Subdivision. This will encompass all of
Block 3 of Oak Park Subdivision.
Next meeting - January 8, 1969.
