To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen,
City of Cape Girardeau,
Cape. Girardeau, Missouri.
The City Planning & Zoning Commission met on February 12, 1069.
Present were Richard Giles, Chairman, George Wraps, Gary Arnold,
Dudley G. Ruopp, Milton George, Robert F. Hemperley, members, and
Paul Landgraf, Mike McCrate and Robert Hahn, advisors,
A hearing was set up for "Special Use Permit" for The Gospel
Chapel on Edeewood Road for March 12, 10E9. It is requested
that the City Clerk puhlish notice of hearing.
Stephen Limbaugh and Charles Blattner appeared for the Blattner
& Erlbacher rezoning.
John H.Frerze appeared for Collegewood Apartments, Inc.
Fy majority action we recommend as follows:
1. The Plattner e Erlbacher request was tahled in order to dis-
cuss with Mr. Klaprcth, the. adjoining property owner, his
triews on the proposed right-of-way from Kurre Lane to High-
way 61.
2. Request of Collegewood Apartments, Inc, for rezoning, of a
portion of tYeir property as described to C-1 is approved.
Our next meeting to he held March 12, lQE9.
