The Planning and Zoning Commission met this date with the
following members and advisors present:
Richard Giles, Chairman, Gary Arnold, Dudley Ruopp, George
Wraps, Milton George, Robert Hemperley, Mike McCrate and
Robert Hahn,
The Commission on majority vote recommends as follows:
1. That the request of Robert McBride for a "Special
Use Permit" on a plot of ground at Independence
and Highway 61 be approved.
2. That the Council recommendation for the block at
Spring and Themis to all R -q, with the Burton Ger-
hardt lot to be non -conforming use be approved.
3. That the request for rezoning the Blattner tract
on Mount Auburn Road be tabled till the next meet-
ing for further study by the Commission.
