Gentlemen:
The Planning and Z,ning Commission met this
date with the following present: Richard ;files, Chair-
man, ;eorge Wrape, Dudley Ruopp, bYlton Georre and
Robert Hemperley, members and Robert Hahn, advisor.
The Commission by majority vote recommends
as 'allows:
That Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 of the Plattner
tract, as per attached plat and lel•al description; the
two parcels containing 1) acres each, be rezoned from
R-1 to C-1.
