The Planning d ironing Commission met this
date with the following presen t: Richard Giles, Chair-
man, Dudley iRoupp, Gar 'I. Arnold, Robert F. Hemper ley

It is recommended that the application of :tr.
and Crs. Edward E. Popp to rezone from non -conforming
R-1 to C-1 be approved, this is that area at Cape peel,
Drive and Country Club Drive as described by their at-
tached description.
It is recommended tbtt application of C G L
Construction Company at Good (lope and Ellis Street he
approved.
