To the Honorable Mayor and City Councilmen,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

The Planning and Zoning Commission met August 13, 1969 with
the following present: Richard Giles, Chairman, George Wraps,
Lon Maxey and Dudley Ruopp and Advisor, Robert Hahn.
By majority vote the Commission recommends as follows:
1. Proper publication for public hearing for a "Special
Use Permit" for Antioch Baptist Church for September 10, 1969,
7:30 PM.
2. Proper publication for public hearing for a "Special
Use Permit" for Wulfers Heirs mobile home park, 7:45 PM September
10, 1965.
3. City Clerk to advise Jerry Stroder to meet proper
requirements to present request for "Special Use Permit".
4. Request of Crites and sailer for rezoning be tabled
until their attorney gains concensus of neighbors as to re-
zoning.
5. Request of Floyd Womack for rezoning of Lots 13, 14,
15, 16, Block 1, Giboney Houck's Second Subdivision from R-3 to
C-1 be approved.
6. Approve plat of North West aid Place.
7. Approve plat of Kirchhoff Subdivision.
8. Approval of the major street plan, with our recommendation
the Council adopt it as its major street plan and that New Madrid
extension be the first priority after William Street.
