To the Honorable Mayor and City Councilmen,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
Gentlemen:
The Gity Planning and Zoning Commission at this date with
the following present: Giles, Chairman, Arnold, Wrape, George,
Hemperley and Advisors, McCrate and Hahn.
My majority action we recommend as follows:
That the request of Jerry Stroder for a "Special Use Permit"
be denied.
That the request of Fred Dormeyer, ,Jr., to rezone to C-3
be denied.
That the Plat of Victorian Estates be accepted.
That the request of C.A.Juden, Jr., from M-1 to C-2 he ap-
proved. We cannot accept the request for i "Special Use
Permit" at this time.
