To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen:
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met November 12, 1969.
Present were Giles, Chairman, Ruopp, Arnold, Hemperl.ey and Ad-
visor, Hahn.
By majority action we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of the Otahki Girl Scout Council for re-
zoning 108 North Park from R-3 to R-4 be approved.
2. That regarding the request of Fred Dormeyer, Jr. to rezone
one lot in the 1000 block of Broadway from C-2 to C-3, that Lots 1
through 7, Block 2, be rezoned to C-3.
3. That the application of Charles and Doretta Musgraves for
a "Special. Use Permit" be rejected because the zoning is incorrect
for a Mobile Home.
4. The Commission tabled the request of Betty J. Davis and
Walter H. and Inez A. Graham due to lack of information on the pet-
ition. The City Clerk is requested to contact the applicants and
ask them to attend the next Planning & Zoning Commission meeting to
present their request and to give the Commission a statement of own-
ership of the property involved.
