Gentlemen
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on Wednesday, Jan-
uary 21, 1970, with the following present! Giles, Chairman,
Ruopp, Arnold, George, Hemperlev and Advisor, Halm.
By majority action we recommend as follows:
1. Approval of Doctor's Park plat.
,2. Denial of the request of Charles and Loretta Musgraves to
rezone 1,87 acres on Highway 61, south, for the purpose of erect-
ing a mobile home.
3. We request the City Clerk tc,properly publish notice of
"Special Use Permit" hearing for the. New Testament Christian
Church. The applicant Mr.Ronnie Kinnaird should be notified of
the time and place of such hearings (February 11, 1970, 7:30 PM),
be requested to attend such hearing and be requested to submit a
letter from the owner of the named property authorizing the church
to request such permit for his property.
4. The request of the Otahki Girl Scout Council to rezone all
of Black No. 1, Haman's Addition, to R-4 be tabled indefinitely
for investigation by this Commission.
5. The Commission recommends the date of February 12, 1970,
for the proposed dinner and awaits word eagerly from the City
Council.
6. Next meeting February 11, 1970.
