Gentlemen: The Planning & Zoning Commission at June 10, 1970. By majority action we recommend as follows: 1. Approval of the following plats as submitted: Larling Subdivision Plat Kenrick Subdivision Plat Crites Third Subdivision Plat Crites Fourth Subdivision Plat Woodland Hills Subdivision Plat. 2. Approval of request of Haertling to rezone Lot 6 of Haupt's Subdivision to C 3 from C-1. No approval on Lot 5 or It. Lot 4. 3. Approval of request of Charles Schlitt to rezone the North 32 feet of Lot 22 and the West 100 feet of the South 15 feet of Lot 21, Range "F" from R-4 to C-1. 4. The request of Amanda Esswei.n is again tabled for lack of in- formation. 5. The request of E.E. Vogel is denied. 6. The request for rezoning from R-2 to R-4 of the Kenrick Pro- perties, Inc., of the East 614 feet fronting on the South side of Bloomfield Road, running 312 feet in depth, lying directly west of Albert Street houses and going west to the Elmer Heuer property on 2300 Bloomfield Road be accepted, with the follow- ing stipulations: That the proposed Clark Avenue, lying along and adjacent to the West boundary line of the proposed rezoned plot, 1025 feet South of Bloomfield Road, be dedicated and accepted by the City with a fifty foot right-of-way, and that a street be built connect- ing the complex's street system with Clark Avenue.
