CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU
To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen:
Gentlemen:
The Planning & Zoning Commission met July 8,
1970, with the following present: Giles, Chairman, George,
Wrape, Hemperley, Advisors, McCrate and Hahn.
By majority decision we recommend the following:
1. Denial of the request for rezoning by Amanda Es.swein.
2. Denial of request for zoning for Mobile Home of
Chester Palmer.
3. Approval of request for rezoning of parcel by
Riverside from R-1 to R--2 of described land in Cap -
aha Garden area.
4. Approval of request of C.H.R. Company for rezoning
certain portions of Crites 3rd Addition as per your
agreement.
