To the Honorable Mayor and City Councilmen,
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Gentlemen:
The City Planning & Zoning Commission met on Wednesday,
December 9, 1970 with the following present: Giles, Chairman,
Tooke, Strom, George, Ruopp, Hahn, Wrape, Hemperley.
The Board by majority action recommends as follows:
That the application of Loy Crites, represented by Sam
Preach and Mr. Crites, to rezone Lots 3 through 13 of
Crites 2nd Addition from R-1 to R-3 be approved.
The Board reorganized because of recent changes in City
Ordinances and the following were elected:
Chairman - Richard Giles
Vice Chairman - Milton George
Secretary - Robert Hemperley.
