City Councilmen,
City of Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on January 13,
1971, with the following members present: Giles, Chairman,
Maxey, Wraps, Hahn, McCrate, Strom and Hemperley.
By majority action we recommend as follows:
Approval of plat of Northfield First Subdivision.
Strom abstaining.
Adoption of proposed changes in Zoning Ordinances as
y submitted to this Commission.
Adoption of the new forms submitted to the Commission
for public zoning and rezoning applications.
The nest meeting will be February 10, 1971.
