To the Honorable Mayor & City Councilmen,
City of Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Gentlemen:
The Planning & Zoning Commission met May 12, 1971, with the
following members present: Giles, Chairman, Wrape, Ruopp, Smith, Tooke,
Arnold, McCrate, Hahn and Hemperley.
By majority action, actual vote recorded on application forms
returned herewith, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of the Historical Society for a "Special
Use Permit" to sell items of historical value be granted.
2. That the request of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Little to rezone
a tract on Perryville Road from R-1 to R-3 be denied.
3. That the request of the Cape Girardeau Civic Center, Inc.,
for a "Special Use Permit" in extension of existing non -conforming use
be granted.
Next meeting June 9, 1971.
